Lamajeun(Armenian Pizza) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans commercial biscuits
    1 lb. ground lamb
    1 bunch parsley, chopped fine
    2 green peppers, chopped fine
    1 small (15 oz.) can tomato puree or 1 large can tomatoes and 1/2 can tomato paste
Preparation
    Roll out each biscuit the size of saucer on floured board.
    Mix rest of ingredients together.
    Top each biscuit with meat mixture and spread evenly.
    Preheat oven to 500\u00b0.
    Bake 7 to 8 minutes or until done.
    Makes 30.
