Chocolate Blanc Mange - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    1 c. evaporated milk or regular milk
Preparation
    Mix cocoa, cornstarch, sugar and salt.
    Add boiling water. Stir until smooth.
    Cook slowly until it begins to thicken.
    Add milk and slowly bring to a boil; boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add vanilla and chill.
