Plantation Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

2 eggs
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. soft margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 unbaked 8-inch pie shell
Preparation

Beat egg slightly; add sugar, corn syrup, butter and vanilla. Beat gently until combined.
Stir in chopped pecans.
Turn into pie shell.
Bake in a preheated oven at 375\u00b0 until set, 30 to 35 minutes.
