Ingredients

1 box light brown sugar
5 eggs
2 Tbsp. melted butter
3/4 c. warm water
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (7 oz.) can coconut
2 unbaked (9-inch) pie shells
Preparation

Combine sugar and eggs; beat well.
Add butter, water, vanilla extract and coconut.
Mix well.
Pour into pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until filling is firm.
