Mothers Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup rice
2 1/2 cups water
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
3/4 cup milk
nutmeg
Preparation
-
Wash rice twice and look through.
Cook until tender with 2 1/2 cups water.
Add sugar.
Beat 3 eggs.
Add milk stirring as you put over heat.
Let boil up good.
Add nutmeg and cool.
