Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 c. minced onions
    1/3 c. catsup
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    Mix
    all
    ingredients together;
    blend well, but do not overmix.
    Shape
    6 oval patties 1/2-inch thick.
    Broil under a preheated broiler
    until done as desired, about 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
