Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. soft butter or margarine
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. pecans (about 6 to 7 oz.), cut into small pieces
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Preparation
    Put all ingredients, except pecans and pie shell, in blender or processor.
    Mix until thoroughly well blended.
    With spoon, combine mixture and pecans.
    Pour mixture into pie shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for the first 5 minutes, then at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes. Pie is done when springy to touch.
    It firms up as it cools.
