Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. cream style corn
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    3 tbsp. baking powder
    3 tbsp. bell pepper, chopped
    2/3 c. cooking oil
    2 eggs
    2 jalapeno pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. green onion, chopped
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix salt, corn, cornmeal, baking powder, bell pepper, cooking oil, eggs, jalapeno pepper, green onion, and sour cream.
    Pour half of the batter in the pan and sprinkle with half of the cheese.
    Pour the rest of the batter into the pan and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
