Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. grated sharp cheese (about 1/3 lb.)
1 egg, beaten
3 Tbsp. milk
dash of salt
10 slices bread
Preparation
-
Thoroughly mix cheese, egg, milk and salt.
Cut slices of bread in half.
Toast on 1 side.
Spread untoasted side with the cheese mixture and place under broiler until brown (cheese is puffy and toasted).
