Cornbread - cooking recipe

2 c. self rising cornmeal mix
1-1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0. Grease 9 inch ovenproof skillet, place in oven to heat. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, then pour into heated skillet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
