Nort Branch Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head fresh cauliflower
    1 can cream of shrimp soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    2 tsp. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
    bread crumbs
    margarine
Preparation
    Cook vegetable in boiling salted water until tender.
    Mix can of soup with sour cream and mayonnaise.
    Season mix with salt and pepper.
    Place cooked cauliflower in casserole dish that has been treated with margarine or cooking spray.
    Pour soup mixture over vegetable.
    Cover with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
