Sweet And Tangy Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    1/3 c. water
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. instant beef bouillon
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Combine onion, garlic and oil in 1-quart casserole; cover with lid.
    Microwave on High for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients; cover.
    Microwave on High 5 to 6 minutes.
    Sauce can be covered and refrigerated for up to 2 weeks. Makes 1
    1/2 cups.
