Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. biscuit mix
2/3 c. finely shredded cheese
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Turn dough out onto a well floured surface and knead 15 to 20 times.
Pat dough to 1/2-inch thickness.
Cut with a 2 1/2-inch biscuit cutter.
Place biscuits on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Yield: 1/2 dozen.
