Molded Grapefruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box sugar-free flavored gelatin (any flavor)
juice of 1 lemon
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
1 grapefruit, peeled and cut into pieces
1 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. almonds (optional)
Preparation

Combine lemon juice and pineapple juice with water to make 2 cups.
Heat jello until dissolved in hot juice.
Chill.
When it begins to thicken, add pineapple, grapefruit pieces, celery and almonds.
