Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. margarine, softened
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    5 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine last 2 ingredients.
    Cream sugar and margarine.
    Add eggs and beat.
    Sift together remaining ingredients and add to egg mixture.
    Roll into balls the size of small walnuts.
    Roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture.
    Place 2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
