Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 ripe bananas, well mashed
2 eggs, beaten until light
2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation

Mix the eggs and bananas in a bowl.
Sift together the flour, sugar, salt and baking soda.
Add to the first mixture.
Lastly, add the butter to the batter.
Stir well.
Put in a well-buttered loaf pan, 9 x 5-inch.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
