Crab Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) deep pie crust
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. crabmeat
    1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, cut in 1/4-inch cubes
    1/3 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Combine butter, flour, eggs and milk.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Stir in crabmeat, cheese and onion.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until set.
