Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. spaghetti
1/2 c. butter
1 c. Parmesan cheese
3 eggs, well beaten
2 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. onion, chopped
2 (13 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
2 tsp. sugar
1/3 c. water
garlic salt, basil and salt
2 c. sour cream
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cook spaghetti al dente.
Stir in butter, Parmesan cheese and eggs; mix well.
Form into crust in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan and one 9-inch pan.
Cook beef and onions; drain fat.
Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste, sugar, water and seasonings.
Heat thoroughly.
Spread sour cream on crusts.
Fill pies with meat sauce.
Cover with Mozzarella.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
May be frozen.
