Gratin Of Artichokes And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    3 to 4 medium potatoes
    1 (16 oz.) can artichoke hearts
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute chopped onion in butter; pour into a casserole dish. Slice potatoes and place over onion.
    Overlap potatoes with sliced artichokes.
    Pour whipping cream over all; top with Parmesan cheese and cook at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
