Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. quick cooking grits
    6 c. water
    1 1/2 sticks oleo
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1 lb. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook grits as directed on box.
    Add oleo, eggs, seasoning and cheese.
    Mix well.
    Pour into greased casserole dish and bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
