Concord Grape Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. grapes (unseeded)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. granulated sugar
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    butter pastry for 9-inch unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Wash, stem and reserve skins from grapes.
    Cook pulp for 5 minutes; press through sieve to remove seeds.
    Combine pulp with grape skins and add lemon juice.
    Mix the sugar, flour and salt and add to grape mixture.
