Imperial Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut in 8 pieces
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. grated Romano cheese
    1/4 c. chopped, fresh parsley
    1 clove crushed garlic
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Rinse chicken pieces.
    Pat dry with paper towels.
    Dip each piece of chicken in 1/4 cup butter, then bread crumb mixture. Arrange chicken in a shallow roasting pan, making sure not to overlap pieces.
    Dot with 2 tablespoons of butter.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until browned as desired.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
