Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian bulk sausage
    2 c. celery, chopped
    2 lb. zucchini, chopped
    2 small green peppers, cut small
    1 c. onions, chopped
    2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes (1 crushed, 1 whole)
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Brown sausage, celery and onions; drain.
    Cook 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1/2 to 1 hour.
    This can be made a day ahead.
    Serves 6 to 8 easily.
