Low Sodium Orange Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 lb.) broiler-fryer, cut up
2 Tbsp. margarine (unsalted)
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. orange peel, grated
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1 1/2 tsp. saltless seasoning salt
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. orange juice
6 to 8 fresh parsley sprigs
Preparation

Sprinkle cut-up chicken with seasoning salt and pepper.
In a skillet over medium heat, in margarine, saute chicken until golden. Add oregano, orange peel, orange juice, corn syrup and water. Cover and simmer about 45 minutes or until tender, basting several times.
Use parsley sprigs as garnish.
Makes 4 servings.
One serving equals 88 mg sodium.
