Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh yams
    flour
    brown sugar
    1 c. water
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Peel fresh yams and cut lengthwise.
    Roll in flour while damp. Cover each layer well with brown sugar.
    Pour water around edges of dish.
    Cut up stick of butter.
    Place on top of yams.
    Cover and bake 1 hour or until tender.
    Take off lid and brown the last 10 minutes of cooking.
