Mom'S Italian Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 c. water
    5 to 6 chicken bouillon cubes
    3 to 4 chicken breasts
    1 (35 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    3 to 4 stalks celery, diced
    1 large onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 box orzo macaroni
    Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. Italian spice
Preparation
    Bring water and bouillon cubes to boil for 10 minutes.
    Lower temperature.
    Add chicken, onion, celery, tomatoes and spices; cook over low-medium heat for 2 to 3 hours.
    Remove chicken from soup; remove all meat from bones.
    Return chicken to soup.
    Boil macaroni until done.
    Spoon orzo and soup into bowls.
