Potato "Souffle" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 large white potatoes
    8 oz. sour cream
    4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    4 green onions, chopped
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Peel and cook the potatoes until tender.
    Mash until smooth. Combine potatoes with sour cream, margarine, soup, onions and cheese.
    Add some salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes in casserole.
    May be frozen before cooking, if necessary.
