Guilt Free Heavenly Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
    1 (16 oz.) carton low-fat light sour cream
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    4 packets Sweet 'N Low or Equal
    1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip lite
    1 graham cracker crust
    2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
    chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Prepare pudding as directed on package using low-fat milk. Mix pudding, sour cream, pineapple and sweetener.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Top with Cool Whip and garnish with kiwi fruit. Refrigerate until ready to use.
