Elaine'S Pork Chops Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 to 6 pork chops (1 to 1 1/2-inches thick)
mustard
1/2 to 1 c. water

Preparation

Spread mustard on both sides of pork chops and brown in pan. Remove and put in baking dish.
Remove fat and add the water to the pan.
