South Of The Border Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak strips
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. oil
1 jar hot picante sauce
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
1 small bell pepper, chopped fine
2 chopped cloves garlic
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
12 flour tortillas
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine flour, salt and pepper.
Lightly batter meat in mixture.
In frying pan, brown meat, garlic and bell pepper. Remove meat; place in tortillas.
Roll up and place in baking dish side by side.
Pour picante sauce, mushrooms, bell pepper and garlic mixture on top.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes, then sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 10 more minutes.
Serve with sour cream on top, rice on the side.
