Ingredients

1 c drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes (about 6 oz)
1 c (packed) fresh basil leaves
1/4 c pine nuts, toasted
1 1/4 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 large garlic cloves
1 1/2 tsp (packed) grated lemon peel
Preparation

Chop all ingredients in processor to coarse paste. Season with salt and pepper. Spread on pita or bread slices.
