Baked Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 c. uncooked rice (long grain)
    2/3 stick butter
    2 c. beef bouillon
    1/3 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute garlic and rice in butter until pale yellow.
    Add the bouillon.
    Pour into a casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Add cheese and stir with a fork until cheese is melted and rice is fluffy.
