Potato Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. country style hash browns, thawed
    2 c. shredded Cheddar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. diced onions
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    3 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    Melt
    butter
    in
    skillet.
    Add beef and garlic.
    Saute until browned.
    Remove
    meat
    and
    add onion and green pepper. Saute two minutes.
    Return
    meat
    and
    add tomatoes to skillet with bouillon beef cube.
    Simmer (15 to 20 minutes) for round. Blend remaining ingredients and
    add to meat mixture, stirring constantly, for a couple
    of
    minutes until thick.
    Serve with rice or noodles.
