Hamburg Skillet Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. fat
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 c. sliced carrots
    4 oz. noodles (1 1/2 c.)
    1 pkg. frozen peas
Preparation
    Melt fat in skillet; add ground beef and salt; brown lightly, stirring frequently.
    Mix parsley, onion soup mix, water and carrots.
    Bring to boiling point.
    Reduce heat; cook 10 to 15 minutes.
    Add noodles and frozen peas.
    Cook until noodles are tender, 15 to 20 minutes.
