Italian Easter Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 regular pie crusts (one 9-inch and one 10-inch)
    4 eggs, beaten
    3 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 lb. ham
    1/4 lb. Prosciutto
    1/4 lb. cappicolo
    1/4 c. grated cheese
    1/2 can evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Cut up all lunchmeats into small pieces.
    Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl; pour into pie shells.
    Bake for 1 hour.
