Mayonnaise Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cocoa
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. water

Preparation

Sift together the first five (5) ingredients.
Add the next four (4) ingredients;
mixing well after each addition.
