Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 large can evaporated milk
1/2 gal. milk
1 1/2 to 2 c. fruit (optional)
Preparation

Mix sugar, pudding and evaporated milk.
Add fruit.
Pour into ice cream freezer can.
Add milk.
Stir.
Omit fruit for vanilla ice cream.
