Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. (3/4 stick) margarine or butter
    1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. (about 6 large) egg yolks
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/3 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Cream together the margarine and sugar.
    Add egg yolks gradually and beat well.
    Add flour and salt mixture alternately with evaporated milk.
    Mix on low speed while adding vanilla and mix.
    Pour filling into a 9-inch pie shell.
    Bake approximately one hour at 300\u00b0 or until set in center.
    If not brown enough, turn up to 350\u00b0 for a few minutes.
