Swiss Steak In Foil - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak (inch thick)
1 c. catsup
1 large onion, sliced
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
salt to taste
1/4 c. flour
Preparation

Tear off foot length of foil.
Fold shiny side in.
Combine catsup and flour and spoon half of it in center of foil.
Place steak on top. Season with salt and cover meat with onion and remaining catsup and flour mixture.
Sprinkle with lemon juice. Fold foil over and seal securely.
Place in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
