Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    4 egg yolks
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    2 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. butter
    baked pie crust
Preparation
    Heat milk and egg yolks.
    Mix flour with sugar.
    Add all to milk and cook over low heat until thick.
    Beat egg whites for top of pie.
    Put into baked pie crust. Brown top.
