Carrot Raisin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, peeled and shredded
    1-1/2 cups apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
    1/2 cup dark raisins
    1/2 cup light mayonnaise
    1/3 skim milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1-1/2 tsp. sweetener (or 5 packets)
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon (optional)
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg (optional)
Preparation
    Combine carrots, apples and raisins in a large bowl.
    Set aside.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over carrot mixture, tossing to coat.
    Refrigerate until chilled.
