Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour, sifted
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    3/4 c. milk (buttermilk)
Preparation
    Sift flour, measure, add salt, baking powder and sift again. Cut in shortening, gradually add milk and make in soft dough. Bake about 15 or 20 minutes at 450\u00b0.
