Overnight Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or Italian sausage
    1 (32 oz.) jar prepared spaghetti sauce
    1 c. water
    1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese or well drained cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 egg
    8 oz. uncooked lasagne noodles
    1 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Add spaghetti sauce and water; blend well.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    In medium bowl, combine Ricotta cheese, chives, oregano, and egg; mix well.
    In bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan, spread 1 1/2 cups sauce, top with half of lasagne noodles, half of Ricotta, top with half of the Mozzarella.
    Repeat layers.
    Top with remaining meat sauce; sprinkle with Parmesan.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake, uncovered, for 50 to 60 minutes, until bubbly.
    Yields 12 servings.
