Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked squash, drained and mashed
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
    3/4 stick margarine, melted
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk or sour cream
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 1/2 c. herb stuffing
Preparation
    Mix squash, pepper, onion, margarine, eggs, salt, milk, cheese and 1 cup herb stuffing. Sprinkle top with additional 1/2 cup herb stuffing. Bake 40 minutes at 375\u00b0. Serves 10.
