Brandy Alexander - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. vanilla ice cream
3 to 4 Tbsp. brandy
3 to 4 Tbsp. white Creme de Cocoa
Garnish: white chocolate shavings

Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients in container of an electric blender; process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Spoon evenly into glasses.
Garnish, if desired.
Serve immediately.
