Fried Okra - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. okra
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 egg whites
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    salt
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Wash okra and drain.
    Cut into 1/2-inch pieces; coat with flour.
    Salt okra before cooking.
    Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
    Fold in okra.
    Stir in bread crumbs.
    Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towels.
