Inside-Outside Ravioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
    1 lb. jar spaghetti sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    2 beaten eggs
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion and garlic in 1 tablespoon oil. Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well and save liquid. Add water to spinach liquid to equal 1 cup. Add spinach liquid and spaghetti sauce along with tomato paste; salt and pepper to ground beef mixture. Combine and simmer 10 minutes. Combine spinach, macaroni, cheese, bread crumbs, egg and oil. Spread macaroni mixture in 13 x 9 pan. Cover with sauce. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Then serve.
