Mexican Sopaipillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. shortening, melted
    1 egg
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup lukewarm milk.
    Add other ingredients and just enough milk to make a dough.
    Roll out thin and cut in squares.
    Let rise slightly.
    Fry in deep fat.
    Serve with honey.
