Seafood Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked shrimp, lobster or crab, or 1 c. each
1 c. wild rice (or mixture)
2 onions
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. thyme
3 Tbsp. cooking sherry
2 Tbsp. butter
1 green pepper, chopped
2 c. rich cream sauce
1 small can pimento, chopped
1/2 tsp. marjoram
Preparation

Cook rice as directed. Drain, put in bottom of 2-quart casserole.
Brown onion, pepper and mushrooms in butter until soft.
Add to rice.
Mix in seafood and cover with cream sauce, sherry, herbs and pimento.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, until thoroughly heated. Serves 6 to 8.
