Bombay Curry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large chopped onion
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 Tbsp. fat
2 c. leftover pork roast
dash of salt
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire
2 c. leftover gravy
Preparation
-
Brown onion and celery in hot fat.
Add meat, seasonings and gravy.
You may stretch gravy with canned gravy or bouillon.
Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
Serve in ring of cooked rice.
